Every kitchen here is one person, or one family, cooking out of their own kitchen or their own truck. You order, you pick a time, you go and get it.
They do. We don't cook, handle or check any of the food, and we never see it. The kitchen is responsible for what they make and for being allowed to sell it where they live.

Call the kitchen first. They can fix an order faster than anyone else. If a kitchen is unsafe or isn't real, there's a Report button on every kitchen page and we read every one.
